If you need help with editing for Nagareboshi's manga or editing test just post here, and one of the editors will try to help you.
What you need to do so we can help you is put this information:
Type of Graphic Program: Photoshop 7.0, CS2, GIMP, etc

If you want help, but you don't want to post here. Go ahead and e-mail me at yuumei@sbcglobal.net , just make sure you put "Editing Help" on the title or if it doesn't have that title it may be deleted.

Just a question. How long should a page take to edit? I did my first try on your test01 page (I think it turned out good) and it took me 2 hours or so to do. Please understand I'm a novice with photoshop, but I would like a goal to set in my attempt to try to become an editor.
Sorry, but another question, do you prefer to have the sound effects removed or is it ok to just insert the translation? Just curious, because I always liked to see the original sound effect left in the manga.

One page can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours depending on the amount of skill you have and have long you have been editing.
Sound effects have to be edited if there is a translation for it.

I use Paint Shop Pro 9, is it possible for it to be used as an editing tool? Because I personally think PSP 9 is alot more harder to use than Photoshop.

@Bunny: I answered your PM; didn't see this until after. 
@Kokoro: If PSP 9 is harder to use, then why use it? I prefer you use Photoshop, so I can QC the chapters. I don't have Paint Shop Pro, and I have no idea how to use it, so I'd rather you use photoshop.

I think you have to do all the pages.
Because there are different kinds of pages. For example, there's a page with thoughts, or with text on the background or screentone and there's also a doublepage. You have to edit them all ^^

Just a quick question about the Editing Examination..
For test 2, there appears to be 5 text boxes with only 4 translations?
Was there a translation missing or something? Or am I just wrong? >w<
